By using the Babajees (babajees.net) website and its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Sports Betting:

You may close your account at any time. Babajees also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under certain circumstances.

Account Closure by Member:

• You can request account closure by contacting our support team
• Withdraw your balance before closing your account
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be closed for the specified period

Account Termination by Babajees:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• In the case of providing false information
• In cases of fraudulent activity
• In the event of KYC verification failure
• In the case of extended inactivity (24 months)
